Dr. Juhee Chandra is a Senior Consultant Pathologist, Lead and Technical Assessor for ISO 15189 (NABL ). She was the CNNS (UNICEF) Laboratory Manager at CDSA from 2016 till 2018. She has more than 28 years of experience in the field of laboratory medicine. Dr. Juhee completed her MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College and MD in Pathology from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi. She is a Faculty for training in ISO 15189 & ISO 17043 at BIS. She is trained in the implementation of NABH standards and is a Technical Assessor for NABH for compliance with ISO 15189 standard and pre entry accreditation of Healthcare organisations. She is an empanelled auditor with NQAS under the National Rural heath mission. Dr. Chandra Heads the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Jeewan Anmol Hospital, Delhi. Dr. Chandra is also working with skilling India programme and is a technical expert and empanelled assessor with Healthcare Sector Skill Council for Vocational Training Providers. She is a certified master trainer for training of trainers. She is an expert at CBSE for medical diagnostics and has also co-authored a book for medical technologists. Dr. Chandra was Senior Consultant Pathologist at Oncquest Diagnostics(2016-2018) ,SRL Diagnostics (2010-2016) and Lab Head, Apollo Hospital, Noida (2007-2010). She was Co-investigator for Cytology studies in male infertility & post radiation cases of carcinoma cervix.
Dr. Sucheta Banerjee Kurundkar joined CDSA as Director Training in 2012 where she continues her work in strengthening the capacity and capability of clinical development in India.
She has ~25 years of experience in research and the CRO Industry.
She is involved in training, quality assurance (pre-clinical research, clinical research, medical laboratories, testing, and calibration laboratories) & regulatory affairs.
She is a GLP Trainer (WHO); GCP & GCLP Trainer; Auditor for NABL (ISO 15189, ISO 17025), ISO 9001:2015, and NABH standards. Sucheta is NABL Technical Assessor (ISO 17025) and NABH Assessor (Ethics Committee under clinical trial accreditation program) & SIDCER (WHO) Survey, Trainee.
She is a Visiting Faculty to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) - National Institute of Training for Standardization and MyQualityTeam where she trains and nurtures ignited minds towards various quality initiatives like benchmarking, certifications, accreditation, and GxPs.
Sucheta obtained her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Pune. Her doctoral work on a novel inhibitor received recognition at the World Congress on Insulin Resistance Diabetes & Cardiovascular Research, USA (2010).
She is the recipient of the CSIR International Travel Award.
She has an MBA with a specialisation in Total Quality Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
She is an alumnus to IIM, Ahmedabad (IIMA), where she contributed as an International Program Committee member of IIMA (2015-18). An alumnus of the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (DOPT, GOI), she has steered ~150 training programs with national experts, DBT, DST, CDSCO, ICMR & QCI across 80+ Indian cities covering >14000+ participants, >3000+ institutions at CDSA.
She is a reviewer of 12 international journals of repute.
Sucheta has worked to initiate e-learning programs on regulations, medical devices, IVDs on the SWAYAM portal of HRD with the help of Indian drug regulatory authority, CDSCO. She is working on the design and development of upcoming online courses to facilitate e-learning programs for CDSA, WHO. She is an Advisory Group Member to WHO-ICMR-NIE e-course for Indian Ethics Committees (e4IEC). She was involved in India’s first Comprehensive National Nutrition Survey by UNICEF as a Team Leader for monitoring of biological samples at CDSA (2016-18).
Sucheta is involved in the revision of GCP guidelines and is the Vice-Chairperson of the technical committee for the GCP Personal Certification Scheme (first in global). She is presently engaged with National Medicines Regulatory Authority, Sri Lanka and NABL, International for Laboratory quality management and lab accreditation respectively.
Sucheta is attached to the Bioassay Laboratory, THSTI.
Her passion resides in quality and training, both she believes are important in the journey for continual improvement.
Dr. Rachna Agarwal is a senior faculty at Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences, New Delhi. She did MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College & MD (Medical Biochemistry) from University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has more than 20 years experience in research, teaching and laboratory medicine. She worked as Senior Resident in Department of Biochemistry, Lady Hardinge Medical College (1998-2001) & Senior Demonstrator In Department of Biochemistry, VMMC, New Delhi (2001-2003). She joined IHBAS in 2003 as faculty. She was Chief Quality Coordinaor for implementation of NABH at IHBAS for more than 10 years. She is a Lead & Technical Assessor for ISO:15189 (NABL). She is a faculty for training in ISO:15189 at BIS. She is trained in the implementation of NABH standard and is an Assessor for Pre Entry Accreditation of Healthcare Organisations. She is also an empanelled auditor with NQAS under the National Rural Health Mission. She has also done Six Sigma, Green Belt. She is actively involved in teaching MD, DM and M. Phil courses at IHBAS. She has supervised more than 20 thesis for MD, DM & Ph.D. She has co-authored two books and written chapters for various books in her field. She has more than 50 publications in esteemed national and international journals. She had been co-investigator in various ICMR & DST funded projects on neurosciences.
Dr. Neelam Sood is a Consultant and Head of Department Pathology and Lab Medicine, DDUH. She is also associated with DDUH, Govt. of NCT. She has 32 years experience. She has more than 70 Publications in Indexed Journals on FNA of Soft Tissue, Breast, Thyroid, Salivary Glands, Female Genital Tract, Skin. Hispathology and IHC with special interest in oncopathology.
She is also a Reviewer for national and international journals. Lab management from IIM Ahmedabad. ISO and quality management training.WHO fellowship in Cytology 2007.State Award by Govt of NCT 2018
